Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. By making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Use of the property
Guests agree to use the property for lawful holiday accommodation purposes only and to respect the property, neighbours, and any house rules provided.

Payments
Payments are processed through our booking system or nominated payment providers. Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm a booking, depending on the property and booking terms.

Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by property and will be clearly outlined at the time of booking. Guests are responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable cancellation terms before confirming a booking.

Changes and availability
We reserve the right to make changes to bookings where necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer suitable alternatives or refunds in line with the applicable booking terms.

Liability
Lake & Peak Property Management is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during a stay, except where required by law.
